What we can help with
- Data corrections — the fastest way to improve the site. Tell us the page, the value you think is wrong, and where your figure comes from. These are prioritised above everything else.
- Tool requests — if there is a calculation you keep doing by hand, we probably should have built it. Tell us what decision it would help you make.
- Bug reports — a tool showing something impossible, a broken layout on your device, or a link that goes nowhere.
- Business and advertising enquiries — use the same address with "Business" in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
To save you time, a few things we are asked and genuinely cannot assist with: we do not sell or provide in-game currency, we do not offer account boosting or modding services, and we cannot help recover a banned or compromised Rockstar account — only Rockstar Support can do that. We also cannot give personalised predictions about unreleased GTA 6 content beyond what has been officially announced.
Response times, honestly
We are a small independent project rather than a company with a support desk, so replies can take a few days. Data corrections are usually fixed faster than they are replied to — if you report a wrong number and see it updated on the site before you hear back from us, that is working as intended.
Before you write in
A large share of the questions we receive are already answered on the site: how our numbers are calculated is explained on the About page, why entry costs include prerequisites is covered in the Best Business Ranker, and general strategy questions are usually addressed somewhere in our guides. If your answer is not there, we genuinely want to hear from you.
