💼 Your empire
Why a combined income calculator?
Real GTA players don't own one business — they run an empire. But single-business calculators can't tell you your actual hourly income, and they double-count costs. This tool fixes both:
- Stacked income — adds up the profit per hour of every business you select, so you see your true combined rate.
- Shared prerequisites counted once — five MC businesses share one Clubhouse; crate and vehicle businesses share one CEO Office. We count each shared property a single time, so your total investment is honest (most calculators get this wrong).
- Net after total upkeep — every business's daily fees are subtracted from the combined total.
Why combined income is the only number that matters
Single-business calculators answer a question nobody actually has. No serious player owns one business — they own a portfolio, and a portfolio behaves differently from the sum of its parts. Two effects in particular get missed:
- Shared prerequisites. Five MC businesses run from one Clubhouse. Crate and vehicle operations share a single CEO Office. Adding up individual entry costs double-counts these badly and can overstate your real investment by millions.
- Stacked upkeep. Daily fees add up across every property whether or not you visit them. A portfolio can look excellent on gross income and distinctly ordinary on net.
This calculator handles both: prerequisites are counted once, and total upkeep is subtracted from combined daily income.
What "combined per hour" does and does not mean
The stacked hourly figure assumes your businesses are producing or accruing during the same session — which is how they actually work, since production continues while you do other things. It is not a promise that you will be selling everything simultaneously. Treat it as your earning capacity per hour of play, and use the net daily figure for realistic planning.
Using it to decide what to buy next
- Tick the businesses you already own to establish your baseline.
- Tick one you are considering and watch how much combined net income actually moves.
- Compare that increase against its entry cost in the Best Business Ranker.
This surfaces something the ranker alone cannot: a business sharing a prerequisite you already own is far cheaper to add than its listed price suggests, which frequently makes it the smarter purchase.
